I preferred the old version better. When I buy something it doesn't show right away that the money had been taken out, like it used to. It takes a day to do it now. The other version was faster and more efficient for me.
App refuses to connect to Internet 98% of the time
Lucky if it works 10% off the time Almost never works. First couple weeks i tried to connect probably 20 times only worked about ten times. Last couple months tho out of the probably 30times of tried it connected 7-8 times during the next couple weeks. Hasn't connected in the last 6 week's 40+attempts. Their online site was down as well as their atm. Finacial plus, you were great as a small business but you're getting too big for your britches.
Insecure! This app hasn't been updated in almost 3 years?! This is completely unacceptable for a banking application. No security fixes? A terrible looking UI. But the worst part is that the password field DOESN'T HIDE THE CHARACTERS! Anyone could glance at your phone while you're typing your password and easily obtain it. Seriously, the negligence is unacceptable.
Ok when it can connect Does what other banking apps do, but takes way to long to time out if it can't sign in. And touching the screen should not cancel the login process while trying to connect.
Won't log in I can't log in ever since the website conversion. Please fix the app, I loved it when it used to work.
