I liked the old interface better So, I found out the previous app was no longer functional when I tried to log into it and was forced to download this new app. I can access more features by using a browser to login into my account from my smart phone; however, during a browser login from my phone, I am directed to use the app. FFCU is not responsive to any constructive criticism.

Annoyed - Zero Access to my Account I have zero access to my bank account from my mobile device since the app and Web page changes. Trying to "enroll" through the app or the new site doesn't work. It asks for my SS# and then keeps telling me "This field required". Well, that field IS filled. I can't get passed the first page. Really annoyed to have to drive to the bank to get something simple like a balance check.
I found out that there indeed is fingerprint sign in only for select devices. My LG has a fingerprint scanner and the app does not have a permission request to use my fingerprint scanner. ALL of my other financial apps have this option but the one I most need it to doesn't! I've escalated this issue twice with no resolution.
Always have to redo everything The old app I never had issues this one it horrible.
Not user friendly Just logging in is more of a pain in the butt than it is worth. I've been with this bank for 14 years and this is enough crap to make me want to change
