Bill Pay is missing a key feature. I can't edit a payment. I can cancel or create a payment, but if I need to push the date or change the amount, I have to go to the desktop. I used that feature at least on a weekly basis with Xceed. Update: I figured out out how to change a payment, but it's still too many steps for an app that is supposed to make banking convenient. I also don't like that you can't change a scheduled transfer on the app.

In all, I find this banking experience to be quite excellent. The only glaring example of things that drive me crazy is the extremely short time-out length of active access. Time and again while trying to reconcile my checkbook to the Kinecta screen, it shuts me out and I have to sign in again! At the very least, I wish it were an adjustable setting.

Edit: It turns out that you can change the options for biometric verification in the settings so it doesn't ask you for your fingerprint everytime you open the app (only when you try to log in) but I feel like it should be that way by default. Good, but I wish it wouldn't ask for my print everytime I open the app with biometric authentication enabled. Sometimes I just want the quick balance. I already used my print to unlock my phone to even use the app.
