I like the app, until it comes to bill pay. I have set my bills to pull out the same day each month, and one of them was pulled out earlier resulting in a "edit your payment & try again " message on the app. Which, after being on the phone with Kinecta, it sets up another payment instead of editing the one, like you would think it would do. Which resulted in problems with not having sufficient funds for other things because the credit union paid that bill twice. And the credit union says you, the consumer, did it. That nothing is faulty. I suggest designer to change the ability to edit bill pay payments that have already tried to post. To save others from having the same problem.
That application does well. I'm wondering why I was not able to log in on April 27th, 2017. Was it the antenna in relation to wind. I logged on and a pop up wind wrote "error, bad gateway " with some numbers. This happened all afternoon and evening. I'm in marina del rey ca. Otherwise it works well. Thank you.
Repeatedly the balance notification via text stops working. This has happened several times. When I ask for help, it takes weeks for issue to be resolved.

This app is wonderful on the go to take care of a transaction or two (transfer, balance inquiry) on the fly on my tablet or phone. However, the mobile deposit feature still needs some work~ Thank you!
