Overall good app. Bill Pay doesn't allow you to edit payments in the mobile app. This is a very nice feature that was lost in the move from Xceed. In addition, you are logged out very quickly within a few minutes. If you look at history on an account or bill pay than go back you are logged out and have to sign back in. The Xceed app worked much better. Never had any of these concerns.

Horrible implementation. If you have the app open and you're not clicking anything (you're reviewing cleared debits for instance), the app will time out in about a minute and will log you out when you leave the page. And it rarely seems to be online. I get more "Unable to complete request. Try back shortly." messages than I get successful logins.

This app is ok, but .. You can't check to see pending bill payments, not cancel or amend them. Much worse than that, when I try to do a bill payment, I routinely get a message saying that it failed to register. I'd say about 50% of the bills İ pay İ get the "Failed" message - often repeatedly. This wouldn't bother me so much if I could trust the "Failed" message. İnstead, occasionally after repeating the entry until it works, the "failed" payment actually goes through and İ pay in duplicate.
