The new version of this app is horrible. I am not able to see more than a weeks transactions at a time. Transactions are not in real time and I hate that I can longer see all of my accounts at 1 time. I have to switch back and forth. My credit card is linked to 1 of my accounts and it would not allow me to pay it from the other. I miss the older version of this app. I have talked to several other members who also find this app frustrating.......

I have a samsung Galaxy s21 ultra. I install app and app will not open. I have uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled several times. No luck. New App just will not open on my phone. This started with your new updated app, as old app has worked for years.

This app is a total cluster ! I had bills due the 1st, and I STILL can't get them paid. The old app was 100 times better. Time to close accounts and change banks !!

Thank you for your feedback. Due to our digital banking upgrade, Bill Pay was not available from Feb 1st through the afternoon of Feb 5th. Scheduled payments were still sent during that time. We notified members through our website, letter, and email. We’re sorry you missed our communication and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
