This app looks and functions horrible If this was an app that came out when Android ran on the HTC Dream (T-Mobile G1 for the U.S.) back in 2008, it would be a great app...for that time. It's 2015, about 2016 and its not good enough that your app runs slower than the web browser. You need a major overhaul NASA FCU.
Note3 Please fix to allow transfers between NASA & another linked institution in the mobile bank environment. Right now, one has to use the full website. Also would like to see a running balance after a transaction. I love the colorful layout.
It used to work While trying to make a payment on bill payer, I continue to get the following message: Communication Error, the server you are trying to access encountered an error. Please try again later. HTTP 500. PLEASE FIX THIS.
Balance Unless I'm doing something wrong, when I look at my checking account detail, it doesn't show your balance after each transaction. That's a big deal to me. I'd like to see that change. Okay, otherwise.
Fails on HTC One M8 No longer works as it should on the new HTC One. Within the app, once you try to take a photo of your check, the camera screen that opens takes up a very tiny portion of the full screen, resulting in a faraway image being cropped and zoomed in beyond legibility and failure warnings. Worked like a dream on my Samsung, but after changing phones, the app has become nonfunctioning for me. Please fix the HTC One bug so we can go back to submitting remote deposits that will actually work and be accepted.
NASA FCU APP SUCKS!! This app sucks so bad that they have 2 different apps. One to check your balance and the other to make a mobile deposit. Not user friendly. I have to put in my password couple of times before it authenticates me and sometimes it would not accept. But when I use same password on my PC....it works. Pls can this app be reviewed and updated?? Try to get ideas from Navy fcu, they make mobile banking smooth.
