Remote deposit doesn't work. Had to reinstall old remote deposit app which worked. Now deposit doesn't even show up in new app. Says it takes a day for it to post when before it was instantaneouson the old app. New app is super slow as well. Old version worked better even if it looked like it was made in 2008. Very poor programming and testing. Wish I could go back to the old version!
Since I upgraded my phone, this app no longer works - Pixel XL 2 running Android 8.1. This means I am unable to use this on my phone, severely limiting my mobility managing my finances. This is bad IT and I am very disappointed in NASA FCU.
While this new app is better looking, it is missing many critical features. It has two point security to log in now--a password plus a code that is sent to you via phone, SMS, or email. Neither phone nor SMS worked, so some part of my number must be recorded wrong. Tried to find a place to change it, but I can't find a page where I can update any personal information (including password). You can't see any automatic transfers set up between accounts, and when creating a new transfer, there's no choice to set up recurring transfers. The account views are very simple. It seems like this app was designed around making remote deposit easier, and then they lost interest in the redesign.
Ever since the update I have not been able to select payee to pay my bills. It used to work well, before update.
Same garbage, different color. I still can't pay my NASA credit card bill with this app. Looks like intern quality programming.
Sad to say it looks great...when it works but far too often it doesn't. The ancient looking app prior to the upgrade worked far better. They need a refund on this app and better execution on another attempt at this.
