I HATE this new app!!!!!! I had no problems with prior app, I can't do a mobile deposit without getting a FAILED, or Please RE-TAKE PICTURE error. So frustrating. I have tried every colored background, used the flash, no flash....etc! I am a business owner and have no problems making mobile deposits at another financial institution. I have had my account since the early 80's. I called member service and they will make a note of the problem. I will be moving my account to another credit union. Sorry you are unable to satisfy this customer.
App was great before. Now since the last update I try to transfer funds and there is no confirmation button to confirm the transfer. So basically I have to go to my bank and make my credit card payment because your app is lacking the basics that a bank app should have currently. Please fix this; it is highly inconvenient.
This app was great but lately the money transfer has been super buggy. I can't even submit that the confirmation for the money transfer. Being able to transfer money on my mobile was a huge reason to use this app but the way things are this app is kind of crappy... Oh and in case this matters. I have a Samsung S7 so not an old phone by any means.
Can still keep track of my bank account but for some reason if I want to transfer money to saving or vice versa there is no button to confirm the transfer and I can't do it. I called them to let them know and after uninstalling then reinstalling I could do it again but now all of a sudden I can't, Qualstar please fix your app since I live in area that doesn't have a Qualstar.
Ever since the latest update, the fingerprint login won't work on my note 4. I use this app all the time though, great tool.
Fix this garbage "Service temporary unavailable. Please reboot device and try again" The only app that gets an update and fails to even open on my Galaxy. Please contact me as soon as you have fixed this crap and fired your incompetent app developers.
