There has been a bug for a long time that doesn't allow you to select a payee when paying bills, an account for mobile deposits, or an account for transfers. I can basically only use the app to check my balance. Ridiculous.
This app used to be great. Now it is broken. You cannot select accounts to transfer funds or deposit. There used to be a way to trick it into letting you select the account by tapping in the amount section, pulling up the numerical keyboard, and then selecting the drop down, but that trick no longer works. Please fix this bug. I want to use your app.
I have had so many problems with payments not going through. The app doesn't let you remove payees either, so it's cumbersome to say the least. I'll be going back to paying my bills on the website.
Still broken, since Android 8! Can't make transfers, can't do mobile deposit. Its been since July according to reviews. 1 star until its fixed. Otherwise, it had been awesome :(
This was app was great until the most recent version was released. Before, I used to be able to transfer my funds from one account to another but now whenever I try to select an account from the drop-down menus it will not open them or let me select any accounts. Furthermore, it has a bug that won't let me do a mobile deposit I can take a photo but then doesn't allow me to actually do anything else with the deposit making process. Really annoyed but a poor debugging team that should have this kind of software bug fixed before it rolls out.
I don't live in Washington right now. I depend on the app for deposits. It no longer works. This is so frustrating.
