I've never been able to login to the app and VACU support is either unwilling or unable to help. They said "it's supposed to work. I don't know why it isn't working. There's nothing we can do." I work in IT and that's just not an acceptable "resolution".
Was working well, but now there is always an error when I try to check my credit card transactions. Savings and checking work just fine. Tried uninstalling and even force stopping the app. Nothing.
The app is okay but I hate how it gives you your available credit as the headlining number on your credit card info instead of the balance owed as the prominent number. Always makes me think I owe less than I do. I want balance OWED as the prominent figure, not the balance available
Update: Works on Android O Mobile Deposit is broken on latest Android beta, specifically the "account" tab.
Doesn't let me sign in. Says error everytime I try to log in. Please fix!
Tried to log into my account over 10+ times but it is always rejected. Password & logon is too long and never get past it. Also, it states it does NOT recognize 1 unit in my password. Sad! Isn't that what it suppose to encourage for security
