Deposit camera function is not working properly on Nexus 5x Basically, the movement is reversed. If I move my camera right, I'd expect the image to move left, but it also moves right. Makes depositing check difficult. It will still deposit, though with a lot of effort.
I'm so sick of this s@#&!!! I have HAD IT! I hate...so hard! WHY cant u unlock your devices or authenticate their identity or something. I am always LOCKED OUT. I have to call you people, take a multiple pictures with a handwritten note, signature, copy of my drivers license, AND one with me & send it to u, so I don't have to drive. CONSTANT ISSUE, and then I get to use the app like, twice, and then LOCKED out... AGAIN. I want to rip out my hair & weave a voodoo doll out of it! L-A-M-E!!! HAD IT Emmer Effers. HAD IT!
New update changes everything Before the recent update, this app was pretty much useless to me, and in fact infuriating because of the constant poor camera quality when trying to deposit checks. This update fixes it COMPLETELY! The fact that it actually tries to focus on the image for more than 1 second now let's me confidently say it is not the apps fault whenever I get a blurry picture, which is extremely rare now. Thank you for listening and improving!
Terrible update The new color scheme is ugly. The new font size and spacing on the account page is awful too, I use to be able to see all my sub accounts and loans on a single page, now it only shows a few and I have to scroll to be able to see everything. When I saw the addition of the quick balance view I was very excited, unfortunately it hardly ever works. I'll enable it in the settings and it will work, but then the next day I'll try it again and it will tell me I have to enable it in the account settings again.
I used to be able to see pending transactions and now I cannot. Would also love to see pending deposits. I liked the layout much better prior to the update. Much harder to see actual balances.
Great App Love that WSECU takes my mobile security into account. They only allow 5 mobile devices to be added to your account (yes factory reset uses one of the 5). Rather than complaining in an unmonitored comment section in the app store if you CALL customer service they will reset the number of devices counter for you, I've had this done a couple times over the year.
