The struggle is real Works great for everything I need it to do, but using the camera for mobile deposit is an intense battle with keeping the phone level, remembering to put the check upside down, getting enough lighting, and moving the phone inverse directions to fit everything just right. Thanks for making me work for it!
Great App Love that WSECU takes my mobile security into account. They only allow 5 mobile devices to be added to your account (yes factory reset uses one of the 5). Rather than complaining in an unmonitored comment section in the app store if you CALL customer service they will reset the number of devices counter for you, I've had this done a couple times over the year.
Deposit camera function is not working properly on Nexus 5x Basically, the movement is reversed. If I move my camera right, I'd expect the image to move left, but it also moves right. Makes depositing check difficult. It will still deposit, though with a lot of effort.
New update changes everything Before the recent update, this app was pretty much useless to me, and in fact infuriating because of the constant poor camera quality when trying to deposit checks. This update fixes it COMPLETELY! The fact that it actually tries to focus on the image for more than 1 second now let's me confidently say it is not the apps fault whenever I get a blurry picture, which is extremely rare now. Thank you for listening and improving!
Have never been able to log in I can access the desktop site just fine, even on mobile devices, but have never been able to log into this app even tho I have attempted to do so on different devices, uninstalled/reinstalled, called in to the tech support line, all to no avail. I've been told my account is not locked and my user/pass should be the same as it is for the desktop online banking site. Apparently I'm the only person who has ever experienced this so, yeah...pretty rad...
Thank you for the update! The guidelines on the picture deposit help, it went through the first time. Thank you, this app saves a trip to the bank to make a deposit. Easy to transfer money & pay bills. Does not work with some printed checks.
