Would love for the brick and mortar services to be similarly accommodating and helpful. Get rid of the shared services junk, make direct deposits immediately available, and integrate 24/7 voicemail with timely call back in the event of an emergency. (ex: Issues with the chip card rollout) I have looked like a jack wagon more then once due to funds availability issues with plenty of account funds made unavailable. The ability to just press "0" to talk to a rep would be a welcome addition as well.
Easy to use, very simple and intuitive! Adding the ability to schedule your own travel alerts for a debit card, and the ability to shut down a lost debit card is awesome!
Great app, great bank The app is very well done. Stable and functional. The president of the company is very forward thinking regarding technology, and overall results in an excellent, well balanced, and convenient banking experience.
Basic bank app. Overall good app. I like the convenience of qick balance check option. I also like the spending tracker.
