After logging into my account it takes me to the user agreement page but no way to accept or check my balance. I called to see why this is happening and they simply said they are aware and working on resolving the issue. I work for a software company and the turn around time for Y12 to fix a mobile app is disturbing.
Much Improvement Much improved over previous versions. However, it does not show my Visa balance correctly. It appears like it's money I owe instead of the negative balance that it is. It does show correctly on your web site. Should be able to find a way to correct this.
New update works well In not having any choice with this update I was worried that it would be like the last. TERRIBLE! To my surprise it's working great so far.
Much better than previous but Please let us remove the "what's new with the app" banner. It takes so much space and looks a bit out of place.
For weeks I haven't been able to sign in. Therefore the app is useless. It just tells me to try again later. If I'm trying to sign in, it's because I need to use the app now not later.
