Nice app, only issue is with purchasing air time. When I try to make a purchase I get an error message "Something went wrong and your purchase could not be completed" I also get another message when I click on the amount, "the item you were attempting to purchase could not be found" Could you help resolve this issue? I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and after logging in, I get the same error messages. Amount shows in dollars while the credit balance show in Naira. Response of the softtalk team is very fast, excellent customer service, my issue has been resolved through alternate means suggested by customer service involving direct account transfer.

The audio call was smooth n clear... The video call was clear and loud enough without using earpiece. One thing I noticed and liked about it was.. You could be on an audio call and when the receiver at one end switches to video call. U could see the person and he wouldn't see u unless u switch to video also. Overall, its an excellent app.

Wow! Finally i have been able to get through, i have activated it on my phone and working perfectly well. But earlier i wasn't able to get the code as a result of network selection. Immediately i changed the airtel line i was trying to activate to mtn, i got it immediately. So from all indications the app is network dependent. It's a good one with a good interface and user-friendly. Thanks to the management team for this innovative idea. PrinceGodleads
