Terrible time signing up for an account, irritated that it never stays signed in no matter how many times I tell it to, and now neither the app nor the website is allowing me to view my machine in the account stating I "no longer have access to the machine". No idea what changed, I could see it just fine the last 3 days after figuring out the login issue. Wanted to access the manuals today after the machine started giving my operator trouble, but NOPE!

Will not sign in. keeps saying security failed.
