This is a hidden gem that should be on the front page when searching for Binary Converters. Its invaluable for a Computer Engineer and is the best app out of four I've downloaded. Unlike the other apps, it does 2s complement signed flawlessly AND holds to the engineers dream of a lightweight program requiring NO special permissions to run. If you ask me, this is a 5bit Bit-Wise AND and not a Logical AND because it deserves all 5 1bit stars.
