Ratings and reviews

I mean I love the store but the app is half functional, I can log in, I can see my reward points and notifications, I just can't cash anything in for rewards, tapping on any of the rewards does nothing at all. It's a step up from when it barely worked at all, but I'm pretty sure I could tap them before and potentially use them, I just never did use them.

I don't understand the purpose of this app. All it tell me is how many points I have, doesn't tell me what they're for or how to use... Doesn't give me a list of what you have available, it doesn't do anything at all ...
