The Power Monitor Companion app (PMC) works together with Power monitor (PM) app to self-report and monitor complete depletion of inverter battery bank also known as battery-dead events. A token is generated from PM and registered on PMC for the two applications to work together. The PMC will monitor and report cell phone charging and not-charging events as a replacement for the self-reports of battery-dead events. The Android device having the app will be constantly plugged to a power outlet that is connected to the inverter output to monitor battery-dead events.
