• New borrowers can easily create a profile and apply for a loan (Within partnered employer network)
• Loan Management (Request New Solfeh, Cancel Request, Track Loan Status, Track Repayments)
• Home (a comprehensive cards displaying active and in progress loans)
• Borrower can send documents via application to speed up approvals
• Solfeh application guides the customers how to do early settlements (Cash or Transfers)
• Conveniently sharing Solfeh IBAN via several applications (Whatsapp, email, ...etc....) in order to do early settlements
• Solfeh application sends notifications to borrowers upon loan status and depositing
• Solfeh application users can contact and send emails to customer service department

New borrowers? You can instantly register an account and apply for a new loan if you work within partnered employer network and there’s an active SMS service on your mobile. You only need to verify your device from the app itself by entering a one-time password.

Current “Solfeh” borrowers can login into this service using their mobile phone number and a code sent as SMS to your registered mobile number at Solfeh systems. You only need to entering a one-time password sent to you in SMS each time you would sign in to the application.
