The communities that are created with each challenge are a game changer. Everyone is so inspiring and help to hold me accountable. First challenge I have seem through to the end since I had children. I tried countless programs with little to no results. There was something different about this one. Excited to do another challenge! Can't wait to see what other challenges are in the future!

Great challenge really enjoyed it great value. The only thing I would change is how the messages show sometimes a bit slow and you can't tell if someone has commented on something without scrolling back to the original post.

I've lost 40 lbs since using this app. Having a plan and a community makes being accountable easier. This is the most consistent I've ever been with fitness. And the nutrition guidance is awesome!
