I love the weight tracking for exercises so you can look back at how much stronger you've gotten. I also love the macro tracker! The only improvement I would recommend is allowing people to adjust the macros for specific items. Sometimes I scan a barcode and the info in the system doesn't match the nutrition label on the item. Then I have to take a photo and I have to redo that every time I use an item. I wish you could save favorite food items that you use a lot instead of manually adding.

I am done with trying to get this app to Reset Program! It is SUPPOSED to Reset by going into each workout for each day in each week, uncheck every "complete" checkbox and the select Reset Program. If it did work that is horribly time consuming - it's taken me almost 15 minutes each time I have tried it. I have tried it at least 5 different times and it has yet to clear my check boxes so I can restart my program. Note: I am not getting to the Tracking feature. HORRIBLE app dev IMO

This app is everything in one. Tracking the weights used and reps performed is my favourite feature! You can switch between lbs and kgs. It even records the previous weight used from another programme. The programmes are really affordable & you won't regret just trying it out. Read the reviews too! One feature rec: for exercises where you may use 2 dumbbells or perform single arm/leg reps, it might be beneficial to include a note on how to record it so you accurately track the volume lifted.
