Every single time I try to access the rewards the app fails and closes. I have $40 I was unable to redeem during my last Loft visit. Very frustrating.
Its always a problem, I have my rewards and this app never works went I needed. I am angry.
I've had no issues with the app! Makes life so much easier. I love that the Rewards come directly to my phone!

Design itself is fine and it's pretty easy to use. However, nine times out of ten it won't let me make the monthly payment on the card - I'm guessing it's supposed to be possible since it does work on a blue moon. Wi-fi and phone connections in every Loft store I've ever been in is terrible so I've rarely been able to use the digital card to pay in the store, or be able to check other local stores for item availability if where I am doesn't have the size/color I need. I'm not deleting the app but it is fussy and has limited use.
Can't even login and we're supposed to receive our rewards this way?? App needs a complete overhaul judging by my experience and the many reviews here.
