The first part of the system is the SoMeCentral smartphone app for your users/co-workers to use when they are creating photos and videos for your company or organization. The smartphone app is a simple to use, as the native photo app. Smartphone app users can also create local events.
The SoMeCentral app provides an automated and single point of entrance for your inbound flow of content regardless of the distance to your SoMe, marketing or HR department.
The second part of SoMeCentral is a web app where administrators will automatically collect the photos and videos in a structured flow. The administrator can approve or delete the content automatically collected and sent by the smartphone app.
The approved content of photos and videos will accumulate in the Approved folder. Here your SoMe Manager can select and use all approved material on the social media platforms, or on your company website.
The Administrator can also set up local and global events for all users to join. The event administration part of SoMeCentral provides the SoMe Manager with a quick overview of all event activities in your company or organization regardless of its size, but also give the SoMe Manager with a better understanding for what circumstances were when photos and videos were created.
