I tried to create an account but it asked for my phone number. I couldn't provide them that for privacy reasons. it said if I wanted to not use my phone number I could contact them via email. I did. and I also contacted them through the help feature in the app. the ai chatbot couldn't understand me and got the reason wrong. I asked to talk to a team personal but they didn't respond. I opened another chat with the same request and just got left on read. I thought this app could help me

This is a great app for the most part. Good design and easy to navigate, as well as good staff and mentors; they are all helpful and nice. There is one problem though. I keep getting kicked out/logged out because of several bugs (Even with the app being up-to-date, too). | Edit: They fixed the bugs!

honestly, its a great app. I just wish there was a way to log in with my email, in case I lose access to my phone number. and there are some bugs, but not bad. Just add an email login and you're golden
