PayPal process fails Tried to buy some flowers for tomorrow. Process is fine until the hand back from PayPal to Interflora app. The Interflora app says there was a problem with the payment but PayPal says it's waiting for Interflora to confirm the order. Telephone support couldn't help. Have to wait until tomorrow to speak to the admin team apparently.
Great looking app.. but useless! Any slight movement to my phone and it goes back to homescreen losing all my order data. Started again, re-entered 5 times but couldn't get to the end of the order process.
Loses Information I've used this app twice. And hard to ring through to Interflora both times to check that the order exists. I'm charged immediately but with no order or order history. Average phone answering time approx half an hour. Rubbish.
Pointless Web Browser This isn't an app, it's just an Interflora-branded web browser which directs you straight to the mobile site. You might as well use Chrome and have all the benefits thereof.
Lazy 'design' - Not an app "Updated in 2012" tells you all you need to know. Avoid this like the plague. Use your actual Web browser instead. All this is, is a lazy browser linking to their mobile site. Except you've no idea how secure Interflora's 'Web Browser' is (it's not an app).
It's good but.... Ok the app has good functionality, remember people if you want the full fat website features then you need to visit the desktop site. However there is one major problem....listen up devs, if you change the orientation of the phone you are force logged out of the app and all progress is lost. This almost made me throw my phone across the room yesterday as I went through the whole process 3 times right up to entering card details.....needs fixing!
