Awful web browser non app. Resets to home screen if you rotate the device meaning you loose all info you have entered after I worked that out it froze on the payment screen. Received no email confirmation order had been placed (which is standard practice) I checked my bank to see if payment had been taken to find out I'd been charged twice. Interlflora is a big company I assumed I didn't have to read the reviews. I wish I had. AVOID THIS APP
Great looking app.. but useless! Any slight movement to my phone and it goes back to homescreen losing all my order data. Started again, re-entered 5 times but couldn't get to the end of the order process.
PayPal process fails Tried to buy some flowers for tomorrow. Process is fine until the hand back from PayPal to Interflora app. The Interflora app says there was a problem with the payment but PayPal says it's waiting for Interflora to confirm the order. Telephone support couldn't help. Have to wait until tomorrow to speak to the admin team apparently.
Loses Information I've used this app twice. And hard to ring through to Interflora both times to check that the order exists. I'm charged immediately but with no order or order history. Average phone answering time approx half an hour. Rubbish.
Terrible I open the app and click 'track my order' which tells me to enter my order number so I log in as I cant remember by order number. This then takes me back to the home page!! So I click 'track my order' again and im not logged in and its again asking for my order number!!!
I tried to order some mothersday flowers, got to Paypal then it said failed, tried again and failed twice, next thing I'm charged twice for the flowers - avoid! Had to get refund via dispute.
