I wish this app believed in "If it ain't broke don't fix it". I've been using it 2 years and shudder whenever there is a major software update as three times now an update has negativity affected patients being able to schedule with me, my patient notes, or my scheduling template. If you travel a lot with it and use it on your phone or laptop it can be slow and will log you out a lot (probably for security). The app itself and customer support is pretty good, though.

This EMR is garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have been using it for a month. When you go to the patient information tab, it takes between 2 minutes to an hour to load both on the app as well as the website. The website is faster, usually between 2 and 5 minutes to load. The amount of time it takes to load is not conducive for point of service. When using a laptop, I have to have multiple windows and tabs open to successfully do my billing.

None of the buttons function correctly, meaning I click the login button after providing my credentials and nothing happens. I tried killing the app, restarting my phone, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried changing my password but the button to submit was also not working... My PT requires me to use this app to share exercises yet it doesn't work at ALL. I'm essentially paying for a service through my PT that I can't use. This app is garbage.
