My husband and I enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The location was great, within walking distance to Bourbon Street and all the local restaurants and attractions. The washer/dryer was a nice addition. One drawback is the poor (nonexistent) lighting in the outer vestibule area which made it difficult to input the security code to enter the building. Overall it was a nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Simple and perfect for us. The room is small, but both of us and all of our stuff fit comfortably. We had read some reviews of the neighborhood being "ify," but we never saw anything at all that made us uncomfortable at all. No complaints at all of street noise either. The aerobus drops off at stop #3 directly across the street from the hotel. The restaurant upstairs was surprisingly pretty good, and the band was good too.

In my experience the people from Sonder are great and the app, whilst appearing to do great things, has a chat facility that chucks out participants repeatedly. So if you ever try to change a booking be prepared to have your entire conversation with someone wiped multiple times. As helpful as they are, don't try to change a booking via the chat / app.
