Sonder funnels you into this app to get the information needed for your stay (unit number, etc) but the app gets stuck in an endless loop of logging me out to look for a reservation, then asking to log out to look for a reservation. No one answers the phone, no one answers texts. Now imagine travelling cross country with your family and being locked out of your lodging due to an app. I wish I could give it less stars than 1.

The app doesn't work properly. I keep on getting an error message that reservation can not be found, but whoever is replying from Sonder themselves saying rest assured booking is confirmed. Unable to view access codes because the app doesn't work.

broken. app is slow and awkward mostly just loading a website but frequently gets stuck. I have to log out of my account to then view my booking, the only chat help was useless and fire not resolved my problem
