How does it have over 3* even everyone hates how it works? It's spotty. The app is really good when it works, and support frustrating when it glitches which happens, in my experience, about 70% of the time. It must be really frustrating for the staff to hear complaints. It has lost my card balances before, bait-and-switched discounts, and wasted a lot of my time.

Well, it's always been laggy, but it was at least worth it to keep and fight it for the half price drinks and deals. Now, there are times where the half price drinks don't even work, I can't get half pride drinks and use another reward, and it's still impossibly laggy and glitchy. There is absolutely no reason to install this app, it's a complete waste of space and time now.

This app almost never works anymore, after checkout it always takes you to a technical difficulties page. Instead of just applying half price drinks to all the drinks automatically you now have to manually activate the deal, but half the time that doesn't work either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is slow and refuses to work properly.
