For current employees, it is possible to correct the “acquisition date” through the civil complaint reception/report > qualification management > “employee employment information correction application”. We recommend fax reporting rather than total service (e-report), as you need to “report loss” again.

Is it possible to receive (submit) a job change confirmation from Total Service?
You can receive (submit) a job transfer confirmation from Total Service. However, in accordance with the revision of the Employment Insurance Act, from August 28, 2020, the agency for submitting the confirmation letter has been changed from the Korea Labor Welfare Service to the Employment Welfare Plus Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Therefore, we would like to inform you that it is impossible to submit a large number of confirmations of resignation and to inquire about whether or not it has been processed.
