Fantastic speakers, but let down by flakey interface and dodgy connectivity. Spent weeks working with help desk regarding system losing pairing and dropping off the network. Turns out Sonos polls every device on your network despite it not needing to, and if any part of your network has a latency issue it will affect the Sonos, even if it's hardwired to your router and using its own clean channel between units. So if you, like us, have a network with a variety of devices other than the Sonos, even if there's no reason for the Sonos system to interact with them, if those devices have latency issues it can make your Sonos network unreliable. Be warned.
Woah! The new widgets are terrible. They look horrible! The album art is now a itty bitty 20 x 20 square!! I don't get these arbitrary changes. The volume is on the opposite side now. For what reason? Ugh.
Simple app allows me to play music from Spotify and Pandora without any issue. Can't wait for Google home support.
I wish I could tell you what I really think other than I have made a big and expensive mistake. Until the software's working 100% stay away put your money some where else and Yes I have been I touch with the tech team and that was as good as the software. I will improve the review when you give us improvement.
Sonos systems work well and the app is good but the equipment is very overpriced. Alternatives are available at a fraction of the price.
Since the most recent update, the app can't open and I keep getting pop ups that the app has stopped.
