Ratings and reviews

I loved the Sonos ecosystem. The app in its current state makes the whole ecosystem a burden. A few major problems: The volume adjust function in the app takes upwards of 45 seconds to respond at times. The pair rooms function works intermittently, but unpairing rooms seems to work even less reliably which can be a major issue if you have Sonos speakers in numerous rooms. The app was good (8 of 10) before the major change, but it's simply not good at all right now (Id say it's a 2 of 10).
