Crippled app for Unitron Hearing Aids. Impossile to select any presets such as volume, "Comfort/Normal/Clarity" or audio curve settings. Impossible to select or pre-set any feature. The app previously included an equalizer that helped deal with the Unitron's fixed response curve; they eliminated it. This app is now 100% useless - a bad joke.

This app was a big help to me for awhile, but now I can no longer use it. It takes forever for it to connect to my hearing aids if it connects at all. Other times it connects to my right hearing aid, but not my left. And, if you're lucky enough both hearing aids will connect. But they don't stay connected. Now It constantly interferes with me making phone calls or me getting phone calls. I can't have that. So, if someone fixes the app I will try to come back and use it again.

App is good for its basic function but has a number of poor aspects. -- The Help function relies completely on videos in spite of the fact that text would be more effective. The videos are so small that you can barely see them on the phone. -- You are essentially locked out of the app when charging. I understand not being able to access functions that rely on being connected to the hearing aids, but here's no reason why you shouldn't be able to use most of the other functions of the app.
