26/05/2026 - well, it worked ok for quite a while, probably because I wasn't asking anything of it, but now I've got an issue with my right ear and want that on setting 5. It'll stay there for a while, then it sets both ears to 5, and it won't allow adjustment. 16/03/24 reduced star rating to 3. App doesn't seem particularly stable. It won't readily allow you to slide across to the mode you want. It keeps returning to the one you're trying to slide off the screen.

Would give 0 stars if it let me. POS app. Freaks out constantly. When bluetooth streaming there is supposed to be a slider below volume for surroundings / media. Not always there, not there more than it is, will briefly appear then dissapear when app opened. Volume sliders often greyed out on 1 or both sides. manage apps screen often blank. Does not always remember last setting for a program. Can't quickly scroll through programs, it will kick you back. Other issues exist as well.

absolutely one of the worst apps that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Either the app is bad, the hearing aids are bad or they aren't compatible. I've had to uninstall the app and reinstall at least 6 times in the two weeks I've had these hearing aids. constantly losing connection with one hearing aid or the other or both. sometimes forgetting the heating aids shutting them off and rediscover works. other times it doesn't. if it was possible to leave -star rating I would.
