Ratings and reviews

I love my Sony headphones, but this app is quite buggy. I typically have two devices hooked up to the headphones at a time, and when I lock the mic/speakers to one of the devices, it will switch to the other one automatically if there is a notification and will not return to the one I "locked" the headphones to. Very frustrating when a really good feature doesn't work at all!

I was forced to download this app because my 1000XM4s pause playback when they detect voices as a default setting. Why? I want to jam, and jamming means singing along. Having my headphones pause every time I sing along is annoying. It's so much worse when I have to download an app and give it unknown levels of access just so I can deactivate a feature that shouldn't have been default in the first place. The headphones are good, the overall user experience is not.

JFC Sony, do you read these reviews? How many customers will you lose due to this trash app?! It just gets more frustrating all the time. Now my headphones do not power off automatically to save battery even though the option is turned on. Now when I use voice-to-text, they automatically turn on Speak-to-Chat and pass through ambient sounds, and when I'm done, they automatically play music. Why?! Everyone hates your app Sony!! Freaking fix it!!
