The best sounding headphones. The app is very inconsistent lately, I think the last update broke it. The touch sensor malfunctions all the time and the only way to fix it is to reset the headphones. It's spoiling a great listening experience. Right now the volume up and down on the sensor is working, and that's it. I have to reach for my phone to change tracks, pause and start music. Removing the headphones does not pause the music either. And yes, these settings are enabled.

The ability to change settings on the headphones and all the available options are great for customising your experience however I am a little frustrated with a couple of features which are not consistent. The app is supposed to be able to track usage but it seems as though when you the app isn't "active" while listening to music (or whatever) then it does not track in the background and any history that was being tracked for the previous session is deleted. I have more issues, but only 500cha

I've lost several sets of headphones and earbuds over the years because Sony makes sure to rely on Google location history for tracking. I haven't had any issues with Sennheiser because they like for me to have slightly more privacy. It would even help just to have a connection history, but that's too hard I guess. It would even be helpful if there was a notification when an earbud disconnects without being put in the case. There's no support to prevent losing your earbuds other than Google.
