Ratings and reviews

Great sound, brilliantly soundproof. I mainly use them to sleep at night or when working in the office. Even with loads of people around you can barely hear the buzzing around you. They are very comfortable to wear. Only doen side is that you can't use them while they are charging. However, the battery life is absolutely amazing. Even with daily use of about 3-6 hours, I have to charge them maybe once, max twice a week.

This app works for the most parts but it's terrible at some things like switching between devices, there is no option of manually switching between devices unless you disable some device but that makes things so much more difficult to manage. Also it has a hard time automatically detecting when to switch. Also, speak to chat is probably one of the most annoying features in this. You disable it and think that is the end of it but then it's enable few days later automatically.

2 stars for many reasons. The good: allows you to change many settings. Equalizer, ambient sound, etc etc. The bad: ui looks like it was designed by a guy getting $10 an hour and worked for half an hour on it. Also, why do I need an app to use my product?????? Shouldn't have to. But the biggest thing is that I don't want to use ambient sound control, but IT DOESN'T SAVE THIS SETTING so every single time I want to use my headphones, I have to go back in the app and change this setting.
