SOUNDS CONNECT UPDATE: STILL DOES NOT SAVE YOUR SETTINGS AS DEFAULT. 2 stars for many reasons. The good: allows you to change many settings. Equalizer, ambient sound, etc etc. The bad: ui. Why do I need an app to use my product?? Shouldn't have to. The biggest thing is I don't want to use ambient sound control, but IT DOESN'T SAVE THIS SETTING so every single time I want to use my headphones, I have to go back in the app and change this setting.

People on here are hilarious, rating the HEADPHONES instead of this APP 👆🤪. As for this APP it's fine, kept the non-updated version as all the gimmicks really don't impress me. Seriously, REWARDS and MILESTONES for listening? Who tf pays attention to that stuff? I simply want good quality headphones and if SONY would've just included physical volume and skip buttons I'd seriously not use the app at all, because that's the ONLY reason I have it: I've disabled the touch pad it's so annoying.

The button functions that Sony has provided as default are insufficient. I need the flexibility to assign button functions to any app function that is required. For example, I need the left function button to control Bixby on and off, as well as the audio recording app on and off, without having to access those apps on my phone by hand. Using the right function button, it can be assigned to music controls, or another app like the phone app. This is very one-dimensional with very basic usability.
