Ratings and reviews

This is absolutely maddening. I keep turning the "speak to chat" setting off and it keeps turning itself back on. After the 10th time, I'm finally just leaving a bad review in hopes that the devs will fix this terrible experience. (It wouldn't be super frustrating except that it always happens when I start talking in a video meeting at work, which then causes me to have to quickly rip off the headphones and turn them off so my audio routes through the speakers again.)

Despite the poor rating, I LOVE this app. I enjoy how easy it is to change near everything about my headphones. What I can't change however is one of the most crucial parts of my listening experience: Noise Canceling Intensity. The Wh-1000 XM5 headphones automatically adjust NC strength, and needing to be close to an insanely loud sound beats the purpose as I would like peace and quiet everywhere, not just the subway. I've had this issue since launch and I'd appreciate being able to control it.

This is a good app to control the tunable parameters of these amazing headphones. Support for 3D audio on Amazon was added, but Sony doesn't support it. UPDATE: Since the 9.3 update, my headset has been randomly sounding a really high pitched screeching sound that is very loud and likely deafening I'm the left speaker. The fix seems to he to turn down the ANC setting to 18 or less. Also, the 9.3 update has been crashing whenever I open it and requires a reset and repairing bluetooth to work.
