Same issue with the rest. I'm using z5 premium under android version 7, previously its working and can detect the headphone jack but now with the newer system update, I need to really push the jack harder in the phone in order for the headphone to work, but if you release your grip it will stop working and the phone will look like possessed, switching to smart connect/phone speaker and vice versa and vibrates, music volume going nuts. I tried the system recovery but still not working and same problem. I read something online and I tried their technique, about deactivating and installing another app. It works, so yah I think the problem is not with our phones.
The most recent update has made it so headphones aren't recognised incredibly annoying as now I can't listen to anything in car, headphones or speakers. Tried restarting phone clearing cash data etc and nothings helped. Please fix. Sony x
Hate it. New headphones & it can't decide if they're headphones or a headset so the music stops & starts & volume goes up & down! I'd delete if I could.
A lot of people are frustrated with the app not working. This is caused by the app goes dormant after a few weeks of not being opened. The simple fix is to open the app and close it again, this helps your device reinitiate operation.
This app keeps making a loud beeping sound anytime I try to turn off the screen when I'm listening to something. It's extremely annoying. The only way to stop it is through clearing the cache every once in awhile.
