Ratings and reviews

It has a lot of content. So if the app is failing the only reason is sony themselves. The app is a buggy mess. Nothing loads well without having to reopen or relaunch multiple times. Changing video quality causes playback to go haywire at times. Its a horrible messy app. They need to learn a thing or two from hotstar about how to make an OTT app.

While watching any content, there are too many advertisement. After every 2 or 3 minutes there are minimum 3 ads. So it's very horrible experience. Actually I am watching very old serial on the app. No option for skip the ads. And all are repetitive. It's try our patience. My patience are over & take the decision to stop watching. My humble request to sonylive app to take it seriously. Thank u.

If Sony's viewership is declining, don't blame the viewers or the contents. It's purely because of the app itself. The worst app to watch anything. Too many adds, it doesn't allow you to watch ad free even with a premium subscription. Even the ad timings between your favourite shows, have glitches. After watching the ads also you may have to watch the ads over and over again. It's almost like watching a soap opera on TV . 15 mins of content and 15 mins of ads. I cannot watch master chef .
