Ratings and reviews

One of the worst OTT app. First of all, there's no option to stop autoplay which prevents us from watching the last 1 minute which mostly includes previews of future episodes. Secondly and the most annoying thing is the ads. Even though I paid for the highest tier subscription, there's no way to prevent ads. I get like 3-4 ads per episode. While purchasing the subscription, it clearly mentioned no ads apart from live shows but we get ads on every show there is. How is this even legal?

I've been a paying subscriber for the last 4–5 years and never had this issue before. Since this month, ads have started appearing even with a premium subscription. It's very frustrating and ruins the viewing experience. If I still have to watch ads after paying, cable TV seems like a better option. Please bring back the ad-free experience for premium users.

Very disappointing experience with . Even after paying for an ad-free subscription, 3 advertisements 3 times are being shown during 30 minutes repeated telecast. On top of that, the ad volume suddenly becomes much higher than the actual content, which is very irritating and disturbs the viewing experience. If users are paying, they expect a smooth and uninterrupted service by reducing ads to premium member. Kindly look into this issue and maintain the quality expected from a paid platform.
