13 hours and still transferring!!! From Xperia z3+ to Xperia XZ, I have tried the cable micro to type c but it takes 6 hrs, I have changed the method of transferring 13 GB to NFC, in the first hours said 5 hours to be done, then it been changed to 10 hrs then to 13 hrs!! And if I lost the connection or my one of my phones went to sleep and off background the connection will be lost!! So I extended the sleeping of the devices to maximum which is 30 min and every time I have to tap on the screen so it won't go to slep and losing connection!
Brilliant Untill recently wen i gave my fone for servicing, i was in the impression that sony companion transfered everything, but unfortunately only a few things were backed up and bein useless.... I dislike this feature now... Unless sony does smethg to improve on
Useful!! It really helped me transfering my elements,it just had some problems with multimedia then started again and everithing cool. :)thanks a lot for make it easy! You don't need to be transfering everthing one by one..
Bloatware Maybe smart first day you get the phone and you change to Android from Apple. It probably does the same as Android does by default, so I have not tried it. Now it lives on my phone and gets updates and what ever, impossible to remove. Bloatware.
Xperia C4 to XA Had a C4, got a new XA. Easy to use, several ways to connect. First transfer got stuck in the "restoring" phase. Backed out and re-paired, selected fewer things to transfer. The second time only took 5 minutes or so. Still recommend an SD card for music and photos, but this app works well.
Easy Just as it says on the label. Simple step by step instructions and easy transfer in minutes. Only thing that didn't work was the contacts. All my contacts stored in an account are for a different phone make which is annoying as cannot log into it to transfer contacts. 10/10.
Transfer via iCloud when your old device is iOS 9 or later is now working.
