This app makes it difficult to order food and there is no description of the food being ordered. It made me build my own dishes, even specials, instead of catagorizing the menu for easy selection. It made me choose a "time" for pickup which was at least 20 minutes out and Im needing to pick up my lunch sooner than the specified time. Then after all of that inconvenience the app charged a $.99 service fee! For what? For who? The app wants $1 per order. PER ORDER! I will eat elsewhere next time.

App works great, no issues there. However they rarely if ever offer any specials or promotions on it and the points you rack up are almost worthless. The convenience charge of $0.99 is BS. So yea, it works. But not really worth using. They got on the app bandwagon then neglected it.
