I've been going to Zoyo for years. Today, the cashier told me they don't take phone numbers and require the app for rewards. I asked about my past rewards, and she said my points would carry over. I was told my number wouldn't work anymore and needed to download the app. I was also told my past points would sync, but they did not and my most recent purchase can't be scanned in.
