Limited options in comparison to other banks. Prefer the old app which showed the order in which bill's are scheduled to be paid, listed vertically on right side, same page as biller list and easy access to edit. It was easier to read and track what's being paid and when, in order by date. When I receive a bank alert via email and log into bank account to read message, there isn't a message for me to read and I need to figure out what I'm suppose to be alert to (other than low balance alert)

Suits my needs. I can easily check my balances, make payments to companies I've set up through the online portal, and deposit the rare bank check I receive. I don't remember older versions but I use the app at least once a week and it doesn't crash for me. I do remember trying to go on early in the morning sometimes and it being unavailable, I assume for maintenance, but I'd just check back later and it'd be fine.

For a mobile app, it is not easily accessible. Every time I try to log in, I always type in the correct username and password and it just keeps saying it's incorrect or the site will saying "experiencing technical difficulties, try again later." It's a useless app that doesn't help me at all. You really need to re-do this app do that it actually works for your customers!
