Ratings and reviews

We'll see with the bug fixes, for a 5 star but, I'm liking it so far....just not the 'not qualifying' for surveys, after a bunch of questions. Update: I completed a very long product study and was told, after completing it, I didn't qualify. WHAT?! I tested the product, went through ALL of the hoops and NOTHING?! At the same time doing a daily diary and all of a sudden, after a week, it's no longer there and I was actively recording. Down to 1 start 'Surveys'!

I've been using this app for years (I just checked, and my first cash out was in January of 2018). Over the past year or so, the app has only gone downhill. They used to offer 10 cents for each disqualification, then it went to 5 cents, now it's those awful scratch off cards that are usually "good luck next time." Surveys are currently glitching and kicking you out after you're almost finished. I'm still waiting for Support to adequately compensate me for my time wasted. Then I'm done.

This app is absolute trash now. Not only do you barely make any money from spending so much time doing surveys when you actually get them but now it's making my phone act crazy. It freezes other app, causes my system ui to shut down, and I lost an almost year streak because THEY messed up. They haven't had an update in a long time. It's becoming more trouble than it's worth. I swear I'm close to deleting this app. So annoying!!! I can't even open the app anymore without it crashing.
