Ratings and reviews

My issue is that it malfunctions way too much. It requires location access and other permissions in order to work to it's full potential but sometimes it malfunctions and removes those permissions on it's own. I was on my way to a 6 month streak and because of that it bumped me all the way to the beginning. The streaks help you get paid more. I'm so annoyed. Also some surveys require you to upload images but the option to upload never appears and makes you miss out on big surveys! Please fix!

This app malfunctions entirely too much. I'm starting to think it's just a ploy to be all in your business. I just went through an entire survey answered all the questions, only to be kicked out when I tried to upload the image for proof. Can't find the survey or get credit for it. It's really getting annoying. Then, when you get a survey notification and click on it, only to say it has expired. Someone needs to fix these bugs or it's seriously not worth the headache for a few dollars.

I've been using sotg for a few years now, great way to make some extra cash but I've had recent problems with their mission surveys. More than once I've received a mission survey and tried to go complete it within an hour or so of receiving it but it was gone by the time I'd get to the store. This happened 3 times. I don't drive so I walked a total of 18 miles and wasted 6 hours of my time. Very frustrating.
