Ratings and reviews

SOTG is a good survey app, but there are caveats. For instance: in my experience, the partner surveys will inevitably be a waste of time. I recently completed 3 of these "partner" surveys in their entirety that i received no compensation for at all. Additionally, their support used to be personalized, fast, and helpful. Recently it feels like they're relying more on AI in this area, which is anything but helpful. However, they do still payout immediately when you request, so that's good.

Great experience. Only thing is I don't get many surveys I qualify for but I do get the 5 cents when I get disqualified. Did my first payout of $10 and they paid out instantly. They require $10 before you can payout but it don't take long to get to $10. Customer service was great, I had a problem and they responded quickly and were able to resolve it.
