they worked really well on a phone my brother had-but the phone died! he got an exact duplicate, downloaded the app, but it wouldn't finish the download, so he couldn't adjust the volume or use tge other features. Soundbright had no solution. So, he ordered different aids, that will be adjusted manually.

Easy interface but....the fact it disconnects after only 3 minutes is annoying. To get it to connect again, you have to either turn the hearing aids off and on again or push the multifunction button.

what happened to all the features in this app you can't even get to them anymore you can't make any adjustments the app it's just totally screwed up when are you going to fix it and post an update?
