I don't care about your double points if I cannot order what I want to order from the app. Limiting customization and variety from the app orders makes 0 sense. Why do you want more people in person fumbling through a complex order instead of ordering ahead exactly what they want and showing up to get it? The app is a glorified virtual loyalty card that must be used in store. But hey you get double points if you order the stuff you don't want with ingredients you can't remove. --- Up/ Still bad

Charged me but didn't place my order. I have a charge on my credit card from EINSTEINBROS_MOBILE, but the store didn't get my order and there's no record in the app. It also didn't save my payment method even after making sure I understand my card will be saved. Not obvious how to contact support in app. I'd love to be able to order ahead but not a good first experience.

Blue Shell (Draw 4)
The app works fine, assuming it works, but the lack of ability to ask for customizations suck. It would be nice to ask for double toasted bagels again, extra cream cheese, double meat, etc, but you can't with this app. It's the same issues with the Portillos app where even the workers explain it is far better to just go there for personal customizations. If you don't do custom orders, the app is for you. Otherwise, just go order from there.
