App is clunky and of somewhat poor design. They have chosen the strangest option for navigating the menus, expecting you to navigate by silhouettes of food, then tiny submenus underneath. The rewards system also needs work, as I was completely unaware I had free coffee waiting for me, which would have been nice. Payment options are also annoying, as it forces you to put money into a "balance" to purchase anything, as opposed to just having the option to simply pay directly.

Love the food, coffee, and service. Not loving the app. It doesn't let me stay logged in, and when I try to sign in, I get it's "Oops! Something went wrong" error message. Last time it worked correctly was after an update. I don't mind ordering in person, when I have time to wait. I use the app to try and save time by ordering ahead, but that's a pointless endeavor until this gets fixed. Oh well, back the laptop or browser

This app is super clunky but for the past 6 months I've put up with it. However last week an order got lost in the system sometime between me being charged and the location receiving my order. Since the app gives you ZERO info regarding completed orders (order number, transaction number, etc) it is impossible for the store to do anything. Not able to lookup order, not able to refund you, NOTHING!This is made worse by the fact their support team is through EMAIL ONLY!! Uninstall now.
