It used to work fine, then since a couple of weeks the app gets stuck on the "proceed to payment" button in the basket. I think this started happening with the latest android os version released on Google pixel. Shame because otherwise I was very happy with it.

Inconsistent with errors. Choosing tickets is fiddly, and you could remove at least two clicks from the process. I only use when I have to, because it makes me frustrated

app is good, but the cancellation policy means a charge of £5 per ticket... even if you bought more than one in the same transaction in the app - not the app's fault as such but a definite downside to online purchasing
