This app SUX. I've tried to pay my bills on this app for 2 1/2 years. In March & May of every year as well as September, and October it did NOT credit my account. This buils adds up until I owe $450.00 then they shut off my electricity. Don't pay your bills using this App. Do it the old fashioned way, with a check, money order, or $Cash$......

app is good although it doesn't sign you out when you close it instead, even if you haven't been on it in a month, it tells you your last session is no longer active and then for some odd reason biometrics becomes disabled and you have to go through the process again of setting it up like you haven't done that before....

Hello Philip! Indeed, the app doesn't log you out automatically, and sessions may expire. Nonetheless, you shouldn't need to reset your biometrics each time this happens. If you're still experiencing this issue, kindly email us at customerservice@alabamapower.com so we can investigate further.

Absolute trash Will log me in with facial recognition and then immediately tell me the session has ended, removes my password and then requires me to re-enter it. Since it's a dedicated password, I have to reset it every single time. Can't do an other biometric way to log in, just facial recognition which immediately messes up. It's easier just to log in on my browser since that saves the password and ends up being quicker.
