Once again you randomly change things without explanation. Took multiple attempts to get in because you forced expired my password without warning. Took forever to realize I needed to create a new pw not that I was putting in an incorrect one. All things change, when they do its helpful to let people know so they aren't wasting time trying to do something that should take 30 seconds & it end up taking 30 mins.

Everytime I go to pay on the app the "continue" button remains greyed out and doesn't allow me to proceed even after confirming payment type, email, and phone information to send confirmation of payment. I would love for this all to be more friendly for Android users. I think it's a great concept to be able to utilize it for payment but sadly, unable to do so.

Take what works and toss it out the window with every update. With as much as they're gouging their customers with their power bills you'd think they could afford to develop an app that doesn't suck more and more with every update. Oh, who am I kidding, they'd probably mess up the budget and file for another rate increase to cover the overrun like normal.
