Everytime I go to pay on the app the "continue" button remains greyed out and doesn't allow me to proceed even after confirming payment type, email, and phone information to send confirmation of payment. I would love for this all to be more friendly for Android users. I think it's a great concept to be able to utilize it for payment but sadly, unable to do so.

The app will not open on any of my devices, whether you Uninstall and reinstall, it's always been a good app. There's something wrong today. It won't open or on any of my devices app will not open after new update

Really slow! It takes 30 seconds for the app to close and I've got a 4 bar signal. Also when you check on don't remind again about biometrics it does. Pretty cr@#$y for an outfit that gets $100's of dollars a month automagically from my bank...

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with our app, that can be very frustrating. You could try to delete the app and then add it back; we fixed the biometrics issue a few months ago. If your issue persists, please use our in-app survey to upload any screenshots that can help us investigate this further.
